Reple is designed to minimize data collection. We only access the messages currently visible in your active WhatsApp web tab to provide real-time AI assistance. This data is processed transiently and is not stored on our permanent servers.
We collect basic telemetry data (e.g., extension version, browser type) to improve the performance and reliability of the service. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to you personally.
02. How We Use Your Data
The content of your messages is used exclusively to generate AI responses, summaries, and suggestions. We do not use your personal conversations to train global AI models or for any advertising purposes.
Technical logs are used to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the extension remains fast and compatible with the latest updates from communication platforms.
03. Security Measures
We employ industry-standard encryption protocols. Communication between the extension and our secure AI processing nodes is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Any temporary data used for context window processing is wiped immediately after the response is generated.

You have full control over when the assistant is active. You can toggle the extension on or off for specific chats or globally through the extension settings. You may also request a copy of the minimal telemetry data we have associated with your anonymous ID at any time.
